Dubeau Auctions values your privacy and ensure that all policies are followed to adhere to such privacy. In order to bid on HiBid you must register through their website in order to bid in Dubeau Auctions. Follow all required registered questions to proceed to auctioning site. HiBid- You must be registered and approved by HiBid before you can use their services. Please read through the terms and conditions on there site and abide by these conditions. Dubeau Auctions can change time and date of any sale at any time. We can add or delete an item at any time and extend item sales at any time. Some items may have an extension of time based on the sale timeframe of that item. Some items have a reserve bid and not all items may sell if they do not reach the reserve ammount. Some items have a starting bid ammount and you must start your bid at the said ammount. HiBid will inform you if you have been outbid. These are written in their terms in conditions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are " AS IS". There are no refunds, no exchanges, no retraction bids, and no returns accepted. All items are final sale and subject to a 15% buyers premium upon purchase. We do accept VISA MASTERCARD, as well as debit and cash. During this time we will accept email transfer. All items must be paid in full before designated pick up. Below is the policy for pickup during COVID-19. COVID_19 During these unprecedented times we have switched our Live Auctions to online auctions to comply with health mesaures presented by the provience of Ontario. For the safety and well being of all our patrons we will be commencing auctions online for the foreseeable future. During these times Dubeau Autions must comply with health regulations and we will be providing curb side pick up for all items purchase. Upon pickup you must present us with a form of governement ID and bill of sale. When arriving at the establishment please adhere to social distancing measures. There will be alotted areas for you to pick up your items. YOU must load and pack all items we will not be able to help as we will be busy serving all cumstomers. Some items that are larger items will be at the back of the building, we will guide you to your designated area upon arrival. Please have someone with you to help you with larger items. There will be no delivery of items at this time. The shop is closed to the public and no public washrooms are availabe at this time. Dubeau Auctions will allot 2-3 days for curbside pick up please pick up items in accordance to all social distancing measures. 6 feet or 2 meters appart. Dubeau Autions, nor the proprietors shall be liable or responsible for personal injury, accident or loss. ALL items must be picked up on the desiganted pick up days.
